Swansea University Library has the first UK trial of a nifty little app that allows you to create a bookshelf of your favourite journals from amongst our university holdings. If you want to read any articles from those journals later, you can put it in your “Saved Articles”.
This is a trial, and not all of our online journal holdings are on there yet. Feel free to let us know which ones you think should be there.
We need your feedback so please give it a go:
- From your iPad, find BrowZine in the App Store, download and install it
- When you open BrowZine for the first time, you will see a list of schools, please select “Swansea University”
- Enter your ATHENS username and password; these will be the same credentials you use to authenticate with your proxy
- Select the subject areas and start browsing!
The APP is free for you to download.
